The use of Deadly force is delineated in the constitution of the Utopian States.  Deadly force is only to be used as a last resort in order to save lives.  War is to be fought only to save lives.

Deadly Force IS accomplished by:

  • High Tech weapons which will return fire to a snipers' position.
  • Special Swat teams
  • Special Military Units that employ stealth, speed and defense.
Deadly Force is NOT accomplished by:
  • Police Officers.  There are no police officers.
  • Armies.  There are no large armies.
  • Capital Punishment.  Capital punishment is considered murder.
Tyrants control through force. Social leaders control by freeing people.
