Comparing this government-society-culture to older governments is to compare a beautiful and productive garden to a weed-patch of briars.

Today most modern culture believes in Darwin's 'survival of the fittest’ theory. The Utopian States believes that this theory is an improper theory on which to build a state.

In the wild, weeds will grow naturally in a garden, not food crops. In the wild grow sharks, snakes, and other vicious animals. These animals provide man little food.

The Utopian States believes that an advanced society will have all its' groups and activities in symbiotic harmony. The individual parts of a society will help the society grow just as the individual cells of the human body help the body grow. The cells are in symbiotic harmony for the greatest good of all the cells.

To believe in 'survival of the fittest' in the business world will result in the growth not of a business community, but of a weed-patch. Predatorial law firms and collection companies will take over. Today we see many multi-billion dollar settlements. The weeds are starting to take over the garden.

The Utopian States cultures profitable businesses like a farmer who cultivates his crops. The Utopian States cultures beautiful arts, crafts, music, theater and sports like a florist tending her flowers. Weeds are pulled -- they can grow in the jungle.
