The government of the Utopian States allows and encourages differences in the goals and aspirations of the individual states. Some of the common goals of the individual states are given belown Note that 1.) No Taxes for the Middle Class. 2.) No Taxes for a business of 5 persons or smaller. 3.) The right to keep wealth is as important as the right to a sufficient job or income. 4) A varity of life styles should be nurtured. Artists, athletes, and craftsmen should be able to make a living at their favorite vocation. 5.) A business for each family. 6.) Simple conceptualized law. 7.) No punishment; just banishment and restitution. 8.) Fewer hours worked, more income. 9.) Groups that will work to improve conditions in the rest of the world. 10.) More productive everything. 11.) People make all the goals; pure democracy. 12.) The only government revenue that is non-linear is the unemployment fund. 13.) Minimum wage gives enough for food, shelter, clothing and transportation for one individual. 14.) The country should be energy effecient; the use of solar energy and bicycles should be encouraged. 15.) Low cost food, clothing, housing, and transportation should be available. Housing should provide isolation between every two families or every four singles (no noise, space, yard, etc.)
