The Utopian States utilizes quality control methodologies to keep government working properly. High quality criticism of government is encouraged from every person and agency. Every branch in government is monitored by a quality department which collects criticism, acts on that criticism and reports the results for all to see. There is a higher level quality control that verifies that the proper quality control techniques and methodoligies are applied.

Quality Control is the concept of feedback. Without feedback, athletes would never improve, electronic equipment would not work, students would not learn, and government would not work and, in general, no product would have quality.

Quality Control in the Utopian States IS accomplished by:

  • The intent to Improve an Organization or Office
  • Gathering of Relevent Truth and Fact
  • Consideration of Possible Solutions
  • Minization of the diliterious effects of the solution.
  • Effecting the solution for increased quality.
  • Testing to verify implementation of the solution for increased quality.
  • Good Communication and feedback.
Quality Control in the Utopian States is NOT accomplished by:
  • The intent to harm.
  • Phony and distorted moral values.
  • Extortion, bribery, fraud, false testimony, and manufactured evidence.
  • Punishment that includes pain, loss, and suffering.
  • Punishment that inflicts a penalty rather than restitution and prophylaxis.
