Explaination of Why Ferguson Execution was ‘Legal’

Police can’t be indicted for killing a child. By contrast teachers are not allowed to show any kind of physical force on any child. They are not allowed to hurt a child in any way emotionally or physically through rough behavior such as yelling, demeaning, touching roughly, grabbing, cuffing , and by all means, not dragging. Teachers taught Michael Brown for thirteen years.  A cop who knew the teenager only a couple of minutes thought he had to kill the boy.  The cop wasn’t even indicted for what would have been murder one for most. Teachers are heroes. Cops are thugs.

The gist is that we, in this country, allow police executions. It doesn’t matter if the police made mistakes, they have the right to kill. Americans 4th and 5th amendments are ignored in that those amendments were designed and intended to protect the people from the police. The amendments have been perverted to only protect the police from prosecution if they kill intentionally or make a “mistake”.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Supreme Court and other courts have perverted Amendment IV to mean that  if the police officer in a split second only says he thought the suspect is a threat,  and is in a reasonable state of mind, he can execute him/her without a warrant or good cause.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment V has been perverted to mean that the police may deprive a person of life without due process.  Our government is in treason, not legally as defined in the constitution, but the word imports a betraying, treachery, or breach of allegiance.

My hatred of police brutality started with my own police brutality case precipitated by a court that forgot to discharge a traffic violation. It has nothing to do with race, I just feel grateful to the people that support my favorite cause. I just don’t like police brutality especially when it’s coupled with false charges, malicious arrests, improper use of force, police lies, bad laws and ignorance that never goes away.

The ignorant don’t know the ways that the police make it seem like someone is resisting arrest, or how they entice a person to touch a police officer, or how an “unwanted touching of a police officer” is a felony, or how the police can mangle a police report and testimony to confuse everybody, or how the police can elicit false statements and testimony, or how many arrests the police make each year, how many are cover-ups, how the police plant evidence, how the police manipulate DNA ‘evidence’, how the police plant weapons, or why they do what they do.

The worst people of all pretend to know these things and thus spew false testimony. These are deceivers and in numbers, they are the great deceivers. An ignorant majority is a great deceiver, not Satan or Lucifer. Or, perhaps they are…

When psychopathic, paranoid police with homicidal inclinations are declared ‘law abiding’, it is time to examine and redesign the judicial system, the grand jury system, police training and the laws.
