All have the right to a just and proper income, taxation and justice.

All of us should have the right to a just and proper income, taxation and justice.

1.) A just and proper income will at least provide sufficient food, shelter, clothing and medical care to sustain happy, healthy life. It should also be proportionate to effort, ability, and investment.

People have the right to keep the wealth that they’ve earned. People also have the right not to starve to death.

2.) Taxation, to be just and proper, should only be levied on income and wealth beyond what is necessary for standard and acceptable food, shelter, clothing, medical care and other normal expenses. Only opulent wealth and income should be taxed.

Income necessary for a little six room house, food, transportation, and clothes should not be taxed. Taxation should only be on wealth above and beyond what is calculated to produce a happy healthy life – which might be only 40 thousand a year for a family of four in the suburbs of an American city. An America family of four might have a healthy, happy life for only 25 to 40 thousand a year if they didn’t have to pay property or income taxes to government.

3.) Justice, to be just and proper, would consist only of restitution and prophylaxis applied to remedy loss and suffering. It should be applied on the basis of fact and statistical probability presented to judge and jury. No punishment should be disproportionate to loss or injury or for any other purpose than to ultimately protect the rights of man.

People should NOT have to spend a fortune to defend themselves against unjust state accusations that threaten punishment disproportionate to any real loss or injury that they caused. A just quarantine should be available for those that are likely to be a threat. Those quarantined should have their rights fully protected. They should not be libeled by false or inflated accusation. The concept of “Throwing the book” at someone should be abolished.

{When legal conviction is impossible} Let’s not allow lies, libel, circumvented law and torture to harshly imprison people suspected of being highly dangerous. Let us quarantine people suspected of being dangerous. Let us do it scientifically, honestly, fairly, justly and compassionately. Let us comply with all human rights except the minimum prophylaxis necessary to prevent a suspected terrorist or a suspected serial killer from killing.

African Poverty
These simple rights are currently not available, at least not uniformly or consistently applied, anywhere on earth.
